Information to Enroll in Our Program

STUDENTS WHO RECEIVE OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION

Students who reside in Guatemala can opt to receive official certification from the Ministry of Education.  To do so, they must comply with the following requirements:

  • Present the child’s original Birth Certificate at Hebron School
  • Bring all original diplomas from previous grades that have been passed to Hebron School’s office.  (This does not apply to pre-school and kindergarten students).
  • Fill out the enrollment form.
  • Pay the enrollment fee and the first month
    • For students who live outside of the capital, payments can be made in one of Hebron School’s bank accounts and a copy of the deposit slip sent via fax or e-mail (for further information contact the school).
    • Payments can also be made by credit card.
Note: According to Act 2116 (December 22, 2005) the Department of Education in Guatemala authorized Hebron School’s home schooling program, granting students who live in Guatemala approved certificates for each grade passed.

STUDENTS WHO DO NOT RECEIVE OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION

Students who live outside of Guatemala cannot be given official certification, but they can apply for “documented proof” of their studies.  In order to do so, their exam results must be sent (by fax or email) to Hebron School’s secretary.

To enroll in Hebron School´s Home Schooling system, these students must comply with the following requirements:

  • Fill out the enrollment form and send it via fax or email.
  • Pay enrollment fee and full annual cost or first three months of study.
    • Via fax or email, send copies of all deposit vouchers corresponding to payments made to the school at the specified banks (for further information contact the school).
    • Payments can also be made by credit card.
Note: Students who live in other countries can arrange to receive certification with the Department of Education in their respective country.
